Caliber Funding interview questions

Interview process was easy, I interviewed them rather than them interviewing me, hiring was a bit jumbled, since the HR is off site, they never really gave me any information, and left me to figure everything out for myself, when your there your on your own, with ordering cards, fliers benefits etc..
