There was an ad on craigslist. Sent in a resume and waited almost six months to hear back. Interviewed with 4 different people. The last interview was the managing director. Each interview was one on one, but in a series all in the same afternoon in person. Interview focused more on interpersonal relationship skills than technical or organizing skills.
