      Customer Service Associate Interview

      19 Dec 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Albany, GA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at CallTech (Albany, GA) in Jul 2012

      Interview

Easy process. Had to take typing test and type at least 35wpm. Passed and had to complete a survey about how I would handle different scenarios. Passed then was set up with an interview date and time. My interview was with one person so it went well.
