Spoke to an interim interviewer who was extremely disinterested in speaking to me or asking me questions. For a very chatty and personable person, it was extremely hard to connect.

"I know that you know how to do the job so why are you interviewing?" I also know others who have interviewed and they put them through the wringer. I would expect to give a full presentation
