Callon Petroleum interview questions

The interview was over the phone and very easy process. We basically discussed my resume, skills and experience. I started to work two days later although it was a contract position, it was still a great opportunity.

Overall, the interview process was pretty simple. They first contacted me through a recruiter. Then I was asked to come in and interview with several of the current engineers. They were all very nice and welcoming. I did not get an offer from them afterward but I enjoyed meeting the team.
