Callos Resource interview questions

Pretty basic - I had a phone interview with the Regional VP and an in-person interview with the Regional Manager at the time and Regional VP. The VP has been working at the company since the 90's and still feels the need to read off of a generic paper?

Straight forward process. First contact was a phone interview by management, typically asking basic interview questions. Proceeded with two rounds of interview before job offer was made. Overall, average interview experience if prepared.
