There was no interview process. I knew someone that worked there and came in to meet the manager to get a feel for the place and have a look around. Started the next day following this.

I applied for the job, got an online video interview, after which I was called for one on one interview. It was a smooth process. All the questions pertaining to customer's service was asked.
