I was referred to Cambridge Coaching by someone who already worked there. Cambridge Coaching reached out to me via email to setup a video conference interview. It was scheduled to take 45 minutes, but we wrapped up in 25 minutes, which was quite nice.

Interview
It was informal but conversational. It was with the head of the company who was passionate and was looking for like-minded employees. I thought it was fair and sincere. She asked questions to assess that I was indeed a seasoned tutor and that I had a commitment to teaching students well and for results.
