Basic questions that did not matter. You could have worn sneakers and a tank top and still get offered the job. Nothing was taken seriously. The second interview was a full 8-hour work day "field day" where you got to see reps who had sales lined up for the next day act like they were making real money. Sometimes the person interviewing you had only been there for a few days but was instructed to tell you that they had been an employee for over a year. Everyone was offered the job. This was a totally pointless interview.
