Interview
I handed in the application and was interviewed immediately in the hallway. We went out into the hallway of the building where their booth was set up. The man interviewing me was very friendly and asked a serious of questions related to my previous experience with kids, what I was studying in college, previous experience with medical care/diabetes, and what age of kids I preferred to work with.
