I went through the human resources manager and later had in-house training with other security guards by the vice president of security. Engaged in several role-playing scenarios. It all had to do with effectively engaging guests at the hotel while removing unauthorized persons

Very fast process and an easy interview. Sent an application, and was invited for an interview with a hiring manager. The interview took approx. 30 min. Great first experience in a big company
