The pre-screen interview only lasted a couple minutes, asked about availability, if you could stand for extended periods of time. In the group interview we were given 2 situations and were asked to discuss as a group on how to solve them. Then we did a block building exercise that was pretty easy. All you have to do is talk a lot and you will get hired, the only person who didn't get hired in my group was someone who didn't talk at all.

I applied online in late July, they called back within 5 days, and we arranged a time for an interview during the call. They told me exactly what would happen and followed up with a helpful email (solo interview first, then a group interview). As long as you talk and show that you're not a snob, they'll hire you.
