Hit and a miss process and very confusing at the start with HR. First interview was virtual with HR, Director of Corporate services, and manager. The questions from the individuals who work in the department were much better and made sense to ask. Questions from HR were very rigid, they chopped up the discussion and did not help with the flow of conversation. Second interview was in person and went very well, felt like a conversation.
