Canadian Bearings interview questions

Overall, the interview process was ok, the hirirng manager more talked about the position than asking me related questions to the job. The human resources questions were very basic and behavioral which again I wouldn't consider related to the job.

Interview process was a phone call, a 10-15 minute assessment, and then an in person interview. The interview was a good opportunity to share my experience, and the hiring team was engaged at all levels. The assessment was a great opportunity to be introspective and share how I might fit on the team. Overall I really enjoyed the process. I was ultimately unsuccessful due to some restructuring.
