Difficult interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canadian Institute (Toronto, ON)
Interview
-Interview 1 with the manager of conference producers, who was very kind and pleasant.
-Assignment where I had to pick a topic and create a sample conference proposal (which wasn't easy but was ultimately a good experience).
-Interview 2 with the manager of conference producers and the manager of the company.
Then roughly a week later I found out I got the job! Woot.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience undertaking a complex research project. How did you find information and how did you determine which information was most relevant?
I had 2 interviews and a written test. My first interview consisted of general behaviour questions, as well as obtaining more information on my previous positions. During the written test, I had to create a template for a conference that I would like to produce and include the target demographic. My final interview was with the department head and the managing director.
