I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Canalta (Drumheller, AB) in Sept 2011
Interview
Great friendly experience. Everyone was so very nice and accommodating. They did not speak higher than you. They asked questions to get you talking and it was more of a conversation than an interview. They asked things like what makes a good boss and your accomplishments weaknesses. I knew the moment my interview was over that I would love to work for this company.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Canalta (Camrose, AB) in Aug 2016
Interview
Easy going, comfortable and relaxed. Made to feel welcomed. Greeted with smiles and a pleasant attitude. Great interview questions and never felt pressured. Interview room was comfortable. The interviewer did not seem rushed, made small talk both before and after interview. Shook hands on exit. Seemed to be an excellent place to work but had made a prior commitment and had to refuse the second interview due to that as well as the state of the current economy. Had an initial phone interview, followed by an aptitude test and a face to face.
