3 rounds- HR, technical with an analyst, final round with the team lead. 15 mins for the first round, 60 mins for the second round, 60 mins for the third round
There are 3 rounds in total, start with an HR round, then a tech round with several employees, and an executive round. The tech round gives an excel for a company and asks for any observations you could have. Stop in the middle as they are acquired.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Canalyst (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2023
Interview
Standard. Phone then Technical. I had a difficult start to technical round as the interviewer was not exactly great with the accent and I had difficulty understanding what he was asking and had to go through the question 3-4 times. But once I got the hang of it, it was straightforward from my end and I did well. To my surprise, the rejected me. No idea why ! Didn’t bothered to ask for feedback as I know it would be a generic template reply.
