I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Candid (New York, NY) in Mar 2023
Interview
Easy and straight forward interviews and the recruiter is nice and helpful! I have gotten through every round and to say the least, they are wishy washy inconsiderate of the time and effort someone put in. In my opinion, the management so hard to find the perfect candidate but still interview them all the way up to the very end, only to say "we think you can be a great fit but you actually do not have this experience we require" when they knew about it from the start 5 interviews and a case study ago. It only took them a little over 2.5 weeks from the final interview to make a final decision.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, Why Candid, What would you do if we were to hire you, etc.
There was a phone interview and a Zoom interview. Everyone was very professional and nice. It was the first time that I had done a Zoom interview and it seemed more stressful than in person interview but that just probably me.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Candid (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online and received an email from the HR manager, who at the time was a sweet lady named Megan, to come in for a brief interview. And boy was it brief lol. I think we spoke for about 15 minutes before she told me I'd receive a follow up by the end of the week with a determination. I got an email that same day, actually, 30 minutes after our chat. She asked me pretty standard personality and behavioral questions. They were desperately hiring when I came in in January 2019. Should have taken that as a hint.
