I had two interviews: one with the potential direct supervisor for the first round, and the other with the editorial director for the team I was applying for. They were pretty standard questions, nothing out of left field. Each interviewer had a very personable interviewing style; they want to know how well you'll mess with their team, since staff retention is incredibly high.
The harder part was the editorial test. This included reading part of a submission, doing some copyediting, and writing a one-page evaluation of the piece, choosing whether or not to recommend for someone higher up the food chain to take a look.
I was told that I made it to the final round, but they chose the other candidate, who had more work experience.
