Interview
Applied through website and had first interview in couple weeks. Basic informative interview nothing really job related. Second round got scheduled in couple weeks again. Friendly group of people hop on the screen and it was great time talking with them. Went through my portfolio and got questioned about portfolio, prior jobs and reason to apply to cannondesign. Overall it was average level and friendly interview.
HR screening for 30 mins. talked about basic profile and qualification including prior experiences. It was a nice and quick conversation to know about the comapny and the position. They said that it will take about two weeks for the next steps.

Interview
The interview process was wonderful. I met with team members who introduced themselves. We went over portfolio and experiences. Overall the process was amazing. What went from a positive experience turn into a negative one. I went from consistent communication to eventually being ghosted. I went through a total of 5 interviews in various forms for 8 months. Talk about time being wasted!

Phone screen then arrange interview with the office leaders. The interview start with self introduction from both sides ,then comes to talking about projects in portfolio, and finally asking questions about the office/company.
