A senior recruiter contacted me via email and set up a phone interview. I talked to her for about 40 minutes. I thought it went well. I was very excited about the position. She assured me she would contact me either way to inform me what they decided to do. After 10 days I sent her an email inquiring what happened. She won't respond. At this point regardless I've formed an opinion about the company.
