4 stage interview process:
1) 1 hour coding challenge on hacker-rank
2) 45 minutes initial conversation, 5-6 technical questions at the end.
3) 1 hour pair-coding session,
4) Final 3 hour interview, that consist of 3x45 min pair coding session + 1x30 min value interview
