Bizarre, unprofessional experience. The recruiter did not show up to our first Zoom meeting. We rescheduled for the following week. One week later, in light of the first no-show experience, I sent an email confirmation 24 hours before the new meeting time. The recruiter did not respond and did not show up to the second meeting. Afterwards, the recruiter sent a curt apology email and told me the position had been filled.

Interview Difficulty: Moderate
The interview process was structured but could benefit from better execution. The discussion at times felt unfocused, with some questions repeated rather than building deeper insights into my experience.
The hiring manager maintained a professional tone, though the interaction occasionally came across as less engaging than expected. There also seemed to be limited familiarity with the education landscape relevant to the role, which made parts of the discussion less impactful.
Time management could be improved, as there was limited opportunity for candidate questions toward the end.
Advice: A more structured, well-prepared, and candidate-focused approach would help create a stronger and more positive interview experience.

The interviewer repeated questions about my professional experience and achievements, even though I had already explained them clearly in chronological order at the beginning - Lack of Focus and relying so much on AI notes
