Initial chat with HR then a quick interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 2 hour interview with a group of analysts to go through different case studies. They focus too heavily on technical skills and not enough on the candidate’s attitude and potential. If you didn’t use the exact function they want you to use, even if you tried solving the problem in a different way or showed that you could learn quickly on the spot, they may still think you’re not good enough.

Extremely disappointing that this company does not get back to you and just ghosts you if you're not the preferred applicant. For a company that strives on an equitable interview process, it is disappointing to not be followed up on the outcome of a phone screen. Even an automated email is better than nothing

Interview with HR was great. Although I didn't proceed to the next step since they had an internal discussion not to pursue the search. I recommend to management to be clear with their manpower requirements first before posting a job vacancy.
