Round 1 - 45 minutes discussion with the lead data scientist to know about the candidate and the company. Nothing too technical. The conversation is about the lifecycle of a project, right from the problem statement to deployment. Round 2 - A case study was provided a couple of days prior to the interview. Discussion about the analysis done on the case study with a panel of 3 people. Technical questions regarding the project made sense. The panel had people who were friendly and very professional. Round 3 - The discussion was with the VP who seemed to have made his decision prior to the interview. Not a smile on his face. He seemed to be bored and wanted to get done with within the first 2 mins. As others have mentioned in their experience with this company, they Ghost you after you put in all the effort. They don't reply even after you follow up with them. Seems like a place you would want to avoid.
