1. HR Phone Interview – Covered basic skills and desired salary.
2. Virtual Interview with Manager – Discussed past work experience in detail.
3. On-Site Panel Interview –
Controller of Operations: Very friendly, mainly focused on soft skills.
Industrial Engineer & Director of Engineering: Focused heavily on technical skills.
Vice President of Engineering: Asked about work experience, then explored my thinking process.
Overall Experience:
The entire on-site process took about 2 hours and felt quite tiring due to many repetitive questions. I repeated my work experience around five times across different interviewers. While each interviewer had their own focus area, most questions were very answer-oriented — when I responded differently than expected, there were no follow-up questions.
Although I applied for a junior position and was told the role would not emphasize hard skills or require certification, many questions centered on certificate-related topics and specific, rigid answers.
