I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Capital Document Solutions (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Feb 2019
Interview
It went through an agency. Really slow on setting interview dates. The entire process took more than 4 months. Having issues saying no to candidates. I first interviewed for a position for the service consultant with the hiring manager, then did a product presentation to other senior people in the company. After that interview, I was told that I wasn't right for the job, but they will open a position for me. Took another month and I went to the interview for the other position thinking it was more of a formality only to find out that there were other candidates considered. I passed this interview and moved on to an interview with the CEO and the hiring manager. It seemed that the interview went very well, however the feedback was that they went with someone else, but they will open a position for me. At that point I wasn't really interested anymore. The people seemed nice and I had a great experience every time I went there, with a few questions that seemed outside of this century. They say that they are not looking for people with experience, but with chemistry.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Document Solutions in Dec 2014
Interview
2 stage process, there was no job advert, I approached the company and was referred by another employee. I met with the MD and Sales director and had an informal discussion. They invited me back for a second interview with the team manager, this was more focused around the role and my skill set.
