I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capitol Services (Austin, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews for this position. First was a phone call, second was in person, third was over zoom. Very friendly team. All the interviewers mainly focused on my personal history and why I believed I would be a good fit for the position. None of the questions were too difficult.

I applied online. I interviewed at Capitol Services
Interview
This company does not value your time at all. They asked me to do a skills assessment which involved a project that I spent 4 days making. They barely acknowledged it and did not offer any feedback on it. Unless you're truly invested in this company and have a lot of time to kill, stay away!
I applied online. I interviewed at Capitol Services (Austin, TX) in Feb 2014
Interview
Applied through email directly to a manager; found the posting on college job portal; No phone interview. The first on site interview was with the VP, who effectively runs all operations now, and would be considered a "screening" interview. Received feedback the same day that they wanted to progress to a second interview. That was a joint interview with the department manager, and also the division director. Immediately afterwards, I interviewed with the company president, who also explained the benefits package. Received an offer within a week. Very professional experience all around.
