The process started with a phone interview; basic questions were asked and answered - this took about 15-20 minutes. About a day later, there was an offer for a face-to-face interview; an offer was made at the end of the 2-hours interview - then a drug test immediate after.

A time where you have to make a difficult decision.
It was easy and relaxed. They call you to come to one interview and the second time they call will be for drug screening. Very friendly and easy going.

They asked several questions like describing a moment you had to deal with a difficult situation and what did you do.
Very long i was in with every. manage, it was over 4 hrslong, each manager gave their history of how they started and how they moved up in cmpany . They need to let people know the hiring process so they can p!an it.
