I applied through my college career site and was invited to the first round of the interview process on my college campus. There is an online test you have to take before the interview that consisted of business questions that required some math calculations. The interview consisted of basic behavioral and skill questions. At the end there was a business case study about deciding where to expand the business. Never heard back about after that.

They give you background information about two locations and you have to decide whether you should open a new store in the locations.

Recruiter reached out after applying on website. Scheduled a phone screen, after phone screen same day the recruiter reached out to schedule a virtual half day interview . This was 2 behavioral and 1 technical interview. They give you materials to prep for the behavioral interviews, but I would recommend asking the recruiter for details on the technical portion.

recruiter may sound professional, but they are not. It's perfectly fine to tell the interviewer the truth, such as where you are not good enough, or that we require relocate, rather than tell them that you will schedule the next interview so that they look forward to it, then hang up the phone and send them a rejection letter.
