Interview
Had to take quizzes that asked you to guess the next pattern and other type quizzes that took about 30-40 minutes. The first interview was a phone interview with a recruiter, that was fine about 15 minutes. The SECOND interview was with the hiring manager. The THIRD interview was technical where they asked, "Do you know how to do this thing?" And if you say yes, They ask you to prove it by explaining how to do it. Took over an hour. The FOURTH interview was with another manager who seemed busy and uninterested. I think 4 interviews plus the 30-40 minute online tests is excessive even if I did get the job but somewhere between all that they could have let me know they weren't interested and not wasted so much time.
