I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Carbon2018
Interview
CV review, then first round was group discussion, sort of like a round table discussion. The topics we were given involved discussion of environmental policies in UK and the climate change, sustainability. The day also involved a math test with an essay. After two days, i got the mail saying that I got through to the second stage and invited me for an interview two weeks later. The second interview was with the directors and it was a fair discussion of my skills and priorities. It was quite nice interview and the interviewers were relaxed about the whole process. The third round was a final interview and this time,I didnt make it. The whole process was quite fast compared to similar companies.

Question 1
I was expecting an objective math test like that from SHL, kenexa or something. But this test turned out to be a detailed math test involving calculations and several steps to come up with an answer. It wasn't entirely difficult though. They were looking for the approach the candidate took to come up with a solution rather than the right answer. it was unexpected but not impossible. I passed the first and second round and didn't go through the final interview.
