Applied for the post of Dy Manager-Sales & Marketing after getting information through some reference. HR personal called and had discussion on present responsibilities. Got the interview call which was more of technical interview. After that they called me for second round of interview with Head of department at CUMI Head Office Chennai. after passing second round interview, have negotiation discussion with HR and submitting supporting documents, got offer letter on mail. Accepted and got opportunity to Join CUMI.

I was interviewed directly by my department head, then by HR head, lastly by plant head and Vice president. Asked about some technical details relevant to my job. Some general discussion about my background, My Interests, Why I chose this carrier, my long term goal, My interest in getting associated with the company, My interest in field of work.
