I completed the initial screening and advanced to the technical round. The focus was mainly on valuation, financial modeling, and assessing my understanding of M&A fundamentals. The questions were detailed and tested both concepts and practical application.

The interview process was very intentional. My process included a introductory meeting on a Friday, after which I was assigned a case study. I presented this case study the following Monday after the weekend and then was invited to make a final presentation on Wednesday. Offer received Wednesday, offer signed on Friday. Overall, the process from intro to close was 1 week. The process was quick and intense but transparent, and everything has aligned upon start.
