Interview
I was contacted very soon after submitting my application to set up an initial phone screening. It was a quick and easy process to schedule the phone call as I was prompted to submit three available time slots. During the brief phone screening, I was asked about my background and qualifications and I was also provided important information about the position with an opportunity to ask questions. I was informed very soon after that I would be invited in for an in-person interview. The interview was scheduled for the following week and all of the important details about where to go and who I would be meeting with were clearly communicated to me in advance. At the interview, I met with three members of the healthcare team, and they began by introducing themselves and describing their roles in the organization. Then I had an opportunity to describe my background and answer their questions. The meeting lasted about an hour, and at the end I was given clear guidance on when I could expect to hear back. The entire interview process was efficient and positive, and I was treated very professionally and courteously throughout.
