Miranda called me and we spend the first 20 minutes chatting about the role and myself. We spent another 20 minutes chatting about my past digital nomad lifestyle. She's friendly but will tear you down if she needs to cover up for her mistake.
Morgan Rosh did a mock interview on our third call which was really easy.

An initial phone screening, which mostly covered background and interest in the position/company. This was followed by a mock onboarding call (using a demo version of the website) and additional Zoom interview.
