      Flight Nurse Interview

      22 Jan 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CareFlite

      Interview

Three steps: Board interview with flight leadership, Medical Scenarios with a sim manikin patient, 250 question Written test. Took about 2-3 hours for everything. I feel like the written was not easy but no trick-questions. It wasn't overly hard though, if you're applying for a flight nurse job and you're not studying for it you're making a bad decision. OVERALL it was pretty easy in my opinion. I feel like an experienced ICU/ER nurse can ace the scenarios no problem, and with some study of like a CFRN study book, do the written no problem

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Some typical interview questions, they're standardized from a list that the interviewers choose from. No curveball or overly challenging questions, they are all the usual interview questions
