I interviewed for the position for content writer for their sister organisation- ELA WOMEN. The interview was conducted by the director Ritu Singh herself. She asked me few questions, explained about her company and decided to hire me. She told me that she would me mailing me the offer letter which never came my way. Calling the company also went in vain as they told me that they will get back which they never did. Same company is known by many names - ADRIYO TECHNOLOGY, CAREONGO, ELA etc. It was a complete waste of day and energy and incredibly unprofessional behaviour at their front.
