There was a phone interview and then a scheduled in person interview. The HR department was a very unorganized experience and very rude. The interview includes a typing test for application submission.

Interview
The interview process is trivial, if you are knowledgeable at all in IT and/or have customer service skills you will do fine. You will be given a one on one interview. All you have to do is be polite and you will be fine.
