Interview
Had a introductory phone call then web interview with the owner/managing director here. He talked a lot about the company's growth plans and business model, very enthusiastic and passionate guy. Was invited to a face-to-face interview at their office to meet with their management team as a 2nd round.

Interview
There's quick basic Q&A. Then he'll put you on the phone with a long list of phone numbers to contact over the course of an hour. He'll expect you to take on a fake identity and demonstrate how you can essentially lie to whoever is on the phone to steal corporate HR contact information: names, emails and phone numbers. He'll tell you to lie because you aren't "hired" so you shouldn't represent his company. But when you get a job, you basically do the same thing every day. It's really terrible to your mental health.
