Initial phone interview upon submitting the application. Informed about an online interview with their team. They usually share the link via email and confirm via WhatsApp. The interview is a video call happening via Teams. They mentioned it was 10 mins interview. However the interview timing is not very satisfactory. Had to wait about 20 mins in the lobby until the meeting started. (From the scheduled time). The interviewer didnt turn the camera on, and started the interview.
