I applied online. I interviewed at Careers In Nonprofits (Washington, DC)
Interview
Pretty straight forward, moved relatively quickly. I always knew what the next step would be and when I'd hear back, which I appreciated. I had to think of examples of things I did in the past and that was sometimes hard to do on the fly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a mistake you made at work and how did you resolve it.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Careers In Nonprofits (Rochester, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was with panel, which is always a little intimidating for me. It's hard to acknowledge everyone. Do you look mostly at the person who asked the question? The questions were pretty routine however.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Careers In Nonprofits (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2022
Interview
Seamless and by the book. The interview process consisted of a 15 minute screening of questions directly related to my previous experience. I was interviewed by the two supervisors of the building, who interviewed me in my transition to my current agency as well as my new position.
