Walked in, no appointment needed. Sat in on a group interview. Spoke a little then everyone was hired the same day. We had to fill out all the paperwork then was scheduled for a 2-day training course then started out on the phone center sales floor the following Monday. No hands on training prior to that a the computer were down at the time in training.
