The process:
The whole process felt very structured but also human. It started with a quick application review — I heard back within a few days.
First, I had a 30-minute intro call with the recruiter. Very friendly, mostly about my background and what I was looking for.
Then came the technical/skills round. In my case, it was a [case study/coding task/structured interview], focused on real-life scenarios, not theoretical puzzles. They were more interested in my thought process than getting everything “perfect.”
After that, I spoke with a few people from the team — one was a manager, another was a peer. These conversations were casual but insightful. It was clear they cared about culture fit and collaboration.
A couple of days later, I got a response — no ghosting! Even though I did get an offer, they sent thoughtful feedback and were super professional.
