Very clearly set out. Three sets of questions from 3 people - job related, technical knowledge, people skills. All the questions related to my work background with a need to present relevant specific examples which would be close to the tasks of the new role. I found the overall experience very pleasant and the interviewers doing everything they can on their part to make their expectations clear as well as the whole process and next steps.
