I was looking for a job and a recruiter contacted me about this company. I had never considered selling print equipment, but since they are owned by Xerox and the earning opportunity seemed right I was excited to meet them. I interviewed with someone over the phone first from the corporate office to "screen" me. He reviewed my background, why I wanted sales and some other questions about me. About 2 days later, I was called to interview with the director of sales in Raleigh. The director gave me some info on the position, earnings, benefits and what a day in the life was like. I was also told that if I make the cut, I would spend a day with one of their sales people to see if the job was for me. I really think that is a great idea and wish more businesses offered the ability to try before you buy so to speak. The salary is ok, but my real interest is the commissions and bonuses that they seem to pay. All the cars in the parking lot are nice, newer cars and the reps I met all seemed happy and doing well. Seems like a nice place to work. The interview was over an hour and I was asked a ton of questions. I will put down the ones i remember.
