I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Carro in Jan 2019
Interview
Compared to the rigid flow of some companies, the hiring process was smooth.
Good and comfortable pace, more to find out more about candidate rather than to just go through the flow.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carro (Singapore)
Interview
An initial phone screen led to an in-person interview. Conversations were quite casual and hiring managers were quite easy-going.
The process was not entirely transparent as expectations at each stage was not outlined. For e.g. a peer interview turned into a problem-solving assessment. Personally, I do not agree with how the assessment was structured as an early product concept was exposed to a candidate. It does not feel ethical to both the candidate and the empoloyer.
The entire process did not build candidate confidence as there wasn't a clear hiring process, and interviews had no structure, taking up an excess of candidate's time.

Question 1
Quite the standard question set but I was constantly asked about workflow and processess.
