The Carter Mario Law Firm has taken the pandemic seriously and diligently followed all recommended safety precautions. Our office is not open to the public. There are rare occasions when in person meetings are requested. All the safety precautions are discussed before those meetings taking place. If anyone feels uncomfortable, we understand and are willing to seek alternatives. On those rare occasions when visitors are invited for an in-person situation, they are asked to complete a screening questionnaire upon arrival, have their temperature taken, must wear a mask to the office, and are escorted to a large clean conference room where social distancing can take place. Masks are worn throughout the meeting. Most of our staff are working remotely. Each morning those few working in our offices must complete a screening App and have their temperature taken. Anyone exhibiting any Covid-19 symptoms is not allowed in the building. Those in the building wear masks and practice social distancing at all times. Every employee has hand sanitizer at their workstations. Surface cleaning takes place frequently throughout the day. Our office is professionally cleaned multiple times during the week.
