Was performed on a on-on-one setting. Was very thorough and informative. The manager who interviewed me was passionate about the company and seemed to be looking for the right fit for the company. an excellent interview

Was asked my strengths and weaknesses, why would I be an asset to Carters? Why do I want to work for Carters? If my last employer were asked what would they say about me?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
