Applied online. Heard from a recruiter a month later. Did a phone interview with recruiter and then was contacted to schedule a face-to-face interview. Spoke with two members of the creative team and an HR manager. Was contacted a week and a half after the interview with a job offer. Everything was very well oraganized and efficient. The recruiter was so helpful through the process helping me prepare for the interview and answering questions I had. Overall the interview was very conversational.
